They moved for an interim suspension like they have to do after a conviction. 4 IL Sup Court justices recused (2 GOP 2 Dem) leaving the court unable to act. There are no provisions for substituting appellate justices to reach a quorum so they are kind of stuck. He gets sentenced 6/24. Previous Message Previous Message
