- I did my 50/50/50 in January for a 1000 goal.
- Starting in Feb:
- I go 5 days a week (monday - friday).
- I get between a 1:15 and 1:30 of exercise each day.
- 45 minutes to an hour of weight training / 30 minutes of elliptical, trying to keep my heart rate above 130 the entire time.
It's been absolutely great. I don't weigh myself, but I'm down a belt loop and my body tone is much better than it was last year. The biggest thing is this is a sustainable clip for me...so I can keep at it.
