as it has aged. China Chilecano and Oyamel are nearby, also fun. Previous Message They used to have one in DFW, but it closed. Just bought José Andrés cookbook of the same name. It checked 3 boxes for me: 1. It has recipes from regions that I’m not really familiar with 2. It has pictures of every dish (KEY to me) 3.
