If they lose, you are eliminated. If you have no one left to pick, you are eliminated as if your pick lost that day. You can only pick each team once, so if on day 1 you pick Purdue, you can't pick them again. No tiebreakers, if the final teams are eliminated on the same day, they'll split the pot.
