Pretty much every time we lose in the Tourney I'm depressed for days, and can't bring myself to watch more Tourney games until the Final Four.. Tonight feels different. The team is exactly what we thought it was. Sure, there was the hope we might do the Oregon/Indiana/Michigan thing, but what we saw tonight was pretty much par for the course. It was a perfectly cromulent season, and a successful one. But as an obsessive fan, I'm exhausted. But I'm also excited to see what the future looks like if we can bring the core back and add some pieces in the portal, and really looking forward to the very different roller coaster of roster building, which has become kind of fun in its own right.
