They say they're not doing a mass casualty every season, but they are sticking with the one shift/day conceit. Hopefully that keeps the soap opera to a minimum, and they don't keep upping the stakes. But TV history says otherwise.  Previous MessageThey shot the moon in their first go. It’s probably tempting to keep trying to one-up the stakes. Are we going to have a mass casualty event every season? It would get ridiculous. To your other point, feels like once we start seeing these characters outside the hospital, or two of them start sleeping together, we are cooked. |
