and formulates an answer to patient messages/calls. I love the AI note dictation since that’s all it does. Doesn’t create a diagnosis or treatment plan. I hate the AI formulated answers to patient calls. Often wrong and I either change it or throw completely out. I could see AI being used for Urgent Care problems and a provider wouldn’t be needed except to sign prescriptions.  Previous Message people with AI. Is that at all legit or are they just trying to put window dressing on regular old cost cutting so the arrow always keeps point up?
