Plus, the movers price you on volume, and you have no clue how many boxes you’ll need when you book. Or how much extra shit you end up having that doesn’t go in boxes. So you’re constantly calling them to update as you get closer and the price keeps going up.  Previous Message
for me to take care of. One can accumulate a lot of shit in 26 years at one location.
Over the past month I've made daily drop offs to Goodwill and my work dumpster and I may be finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel.
The market here is a seller's market for sure. Listing live tomorrow and I have 7 showings tomorrow, 2 Friday and one Sunday already lined up.
First time I've ever sold a house. A bit nervous and not sure how things will go.
Hoping for a bidding war.
