The swim is right on that seawall from Balboa to the Yacht Club.

The transition area is that grassy area where they're talking about putting in terracing.

And the run course goes along that lakefront path then curves back under LSD and up into the park to finish on one of the N/S roads (Columbus, maybe? Or an access road?)

The walking overpasses over DLSD would be amazing, presuming they can do it right

Crazy that 20% of the park is currently roads. I am sure lowering that number will drive people insane though.

Interesting thought. Did they disclose the estimated cost?
