I vaguely remember that section of the Fox from when I was growing up. There's exactly no reason to be going that fast in that area. In fact, there's exactly no reason to be going that fast on any section of the Fox by McHenry. It's a very narrow river-we used to swim across it for fun.....and there's a hell of a lot more boats on it now than there were when I was a kid growing up at my grandparent's cottage.

Around 1990 they changed Woodridge from choice to you go to DGN unless you have a sibling already at South (and if they already graduated it didn't count).

I went to North for a semester until we moved. My best friend 3 doors down went to South because that's where his sister was.
