Doesn't the BBC itself show poor quality US childrens cartoons and a lot of American content ?
Surely the BBC as a state broadcaster actually promotes the so-called 'special relationship ' with the US ?.
By the way look what the BBC did to Dr Who ! , they Americanised it completely and the result is a complete disaster .
There is no mileage in defending the BBC .
