Another jewel which interested me enormously this year was Nellie Melba's Cartier corsage jewel/necklace.




Before the Cartier exhibition in Canberra this year, I knew nothing about Melba's jewels, and I admit that my interest in her jewels is partly because she is a very famous Australian.
