The description says gold and silver so I don’t think that the two elements pictured at the top are part of this entry or it would mention diamonds/paste.

It sounds as if one of the circular/heart elements with its triple cluster swag can be removed completely and screwed to the brooch frame. Probably without the scroll crest.
