I'm quite positive that it is Alice of Athlone. I don't know what tiara it is that she's wearing but doesn't the shape remind of the tiara she wore to the wedding of her niece Sibylla to Gustaf Adolf of Sweden?

I saw the photo below when looking for something else.

Although the caption says the lady is Princess Alice, Countess of Athlone, at a charity ball in London in June 1931, I am not sure this lady is her.

What do others think? If it is Princess Alice, what tiara is she wearing?
