History of Famous Jewels and Collections: 1970 State Opening of Parliament (Tiaras to Identify)

At (2:32) minutes one can see a healthy set of many tiaras and also at (3:07) minutes what stood out is a lady in a blue strapped dress with grand necklace and earrings and a lady at the top row in black with a kokoshnik shaped tiara. They are other outstanding ones I have noted as well too but am unable to get the stills/ pictures enlarged. Then if one goes back to the ladies in waiting you would also see that they are also outstandingly jewelled up. Could someone get the stills/ pictures enlarged?

Hi guys hope everyone is doing fine. At (4:57/8) minutes into the below clip, one can see a lady in waiting standing behind Princess Ann and Lord Mountbatten wearing an extremely large necklace maybe out of diamonds or pearls. I wonder could that be the Duchess of Buccleuch's great belt buckle/ tiara only spoke of some weeks ago?
