In 2017, Sothebys sold an extraordinary emerald choker style necklace belonging to an Italian princely family. However it was part of a larger parure including tiara and a series of large brooches, which I think could easily work as a further substantial necklace or tiara. It was a very large parure.

"Princess Odescalchi had an astonishing collection of emerald jewels. In a picture taken in 1938 by the court photographer Petri of Rome, taken on the occasion of a reception at the Royal Palace in Rome (illustrated opposite9, the Princess is portrayed wearing some of her amazing jewels. For the occasion, she paired the emerald and diamond necklace offered her with an important tiara and several brooches and devants de corsage which cover the bodice of her dress. After the Princess passed away in 1965, her jewellery collection was divided, and the devant de corsage was separated into brooches, the tiara was remodelled, but the necklace, the pair of earrings and the bracelets remained intact. Does anyone know if the family still retain the other items? It isn't really clear. Also I am intrigued that the tiara was remodelled, I have to say I am not a real fan of how it looked in the above picture but maybe it was better in person.

In terms of the chker necklace, I actually think style wise it would work with the Greek emerald parure.
