According to the National Portrait Gallery UK the photo is dated circa 1906, so it is highly likely that you are on the right track OmerH.

Do we know the date of the photograph with Prince Olav of Norway. My estimate of his age would be around 4 years or so which would make it around 1907. The C might relate to Queen Alexandra's father Christian IX who had passed away in 1906. Queen Alexandra seems to be wearing mourning attire and her jewels also seem to reflect that. Notice the long string of jet? and a matching bracelet worn by her.
