Hi Beth, no! Take a look at the diamonds just at her chest or on d border of her dress.
Dave are you referring to the three pear shaped gems which can be seen near Queen Alexandra's waist? If so, they are two of the pear shaped pearls in the Dagmar necklace and the one on the Dagmar cross. Queen Alexandra wore the necklace as a bodice ornament for the coronation. It is so easy to get confused by the indistinct older photos.
