Thanks Laurent F for posting the picture of QC wearing QA's Large Welsh Brooch.

I think that this brooch would have looked better with the Queen's ensemble at the Welsh Parliament.

But, that said, I am sure she would rather wear something given to her specifically as opposed to a family heirloom.
