In YouTube video linked below i am trying to identify on Princess Elizabeth her necklace at time = 0.22, and bracelet on right wrist at time =0.38. I thought of the 21st birthday South African diamond necklace but this was in a longer form until she shortened it after becoming queen.

The occasion for the scenes of QEII dancing with the Duke was a ball at the Saddle Club, Malta in December 1949.

Like PaulP, my initial thought was that QEII was wearing the shortened version of the South African diamond necklace.
But, as PaulP said, it wasn't shortened until later.
Seen below in October 1949 in the long format.

Yet, the spacing between the flashes of light seem in keeping with the distance between the larger diamonds in the South African necklace. I do not see pearls.
I wonder if initially the South African necklace could be shortened?
So far I cannot find any clear photos of this event.
In 1950 the Queen attended another ball at the Saddle Club, and it appears that she was wearing the same necklace. Once again, I initially thought it was the South African necklace in its short form.
Oh!! For some sharper photos!! Based on what we can see, it looks like the shortened form of the South African necklace. Perhaps the necklace could always be shortened, but it wasn't until later that QEII had the bracelet made.
While from some angles, the necklace at the Saddle Club Ball in 1949 looks like the South African Diamonds, the one in 1950 looks to me like her collet diamond necklace, '5' in Franck's recent post.
Yes, I have to agree The Royal Watcher. How I wish we had some sharper images to go by!!
Photo 1 here is of QEII at a ball in Malta on 29 November 1949. While it is only a side view, it does suggest that she had that collet necklace with her at the time. (She also took her rubies and GGBI tiara)
QEII wore the collet diamond necklace in Malta several times (Number 5 in my panel).

Many thanks Beth, Frank and Royal Watcher. [Edited] It is interesting to notice that the diamond collet necklace was a popular one for Elizabeth as a married princess, but fell from favour when she became Queen only for her to be seen wearing it decades later. Perhaps it has been used for private occasions. The bracelet will remain a mystery
