When I used the ATM on Tuesday I was able to get money from one bank (Manulife), but not from another (BMO)). The scary part is that although I received a barely legible, faint receipt saying that I didn't receive money from BMO, online my bank account showed that sum as being deducted! Hard to know what to do! I was sent in circles trying to notify BMO online and received no reply from my branch phone number.
