Dhyana, this has happened to me a couple of times. Call your financial company and give them as much information as you can. The number of the machine, date, time, amount, location etc. the last time I called, the man said take it up with someone in Mexico. I insisted quite strongly that it was impossible for me to do that, so he looked into it, and my money was replaced within a couple of weeks. Marcia
