Our Mexican charge machines only take VISA or MASTERCARD for sure some will take American Express . But you should be available to pay in Restaurants and some groceries stores like the one by the church. Only the ATM in the Delegación will take Foreign cards, if is working if not Melaque has a few ATMs; Militar base, BBVA, Citibanamex and INTERCAM. Good luck. Aby
