There will be the 9:15am Tuesday: Hatha Yoga with strength. 1 hour practice. There will be an additional class this week but the location might not be Casa Luz, more information coming to confirm.

It's been a great season at Casa Luz. Thank you to Little Tree and Chayo for keeping it so fresh and accessible to return. Thank you to all who came up the stairs to breathe and stretch and find some spaciousness within.
