Apparently this darn form has arrived at the Melaque post office. If you use a Mexican mailing address with Uncle Sam and don't have a PO box, my post applies to you. Gustavo used to pick up all mail for LM residents, including foreigners, and we would go to his house to get it. His brief replacement has "retired." Is there anyone in La Manzanilla who is willing to go to Melaque to pick up everyone's form? You might need our IDs, but there is no need to sign for mail that does not include checks.
