Development isn’t about more reps, more outdated drills, or stacking private lessons with an antiquated approach. That’s not real development it’s smoke and mirrors.
Let’s be honest this is not a “non-profit” organization in spirit. The business funnels money directly into its training side. It was built to generate revenue, not to serve players. That’s not inherently wrong but let’s stop pretending it’s “about the kids.”
They continue to lose their top players, and now the answer is to promise National teams, a complete pivot from what they originally sold families on. When they launched, they said you didn’t need to travel the country to get recruited that’s not what they were about.
The lie detector determined that was a lie.
Now families are burning crucial recruiting years chasing empty promises, getting lit up on a National level, and wondering what went wrong. The truth? It was never about the players. It was always about the business.
