Were the commentators named Patti Gasso or Mike White? Seems like many of these people commentating are average joes announcing. Again as fan at game and a team with as much D1 talent you’d think they know situational softball in that moment or can the kids not think for themselves anymore?…not to mention all this D1 talent went 2-20 at the plate in the biggest game of year, I’m sure that was all due to a lack of preparation too with the softball experts here. Maxpreps stats are public so I’m assuming that you’re referring to certain players not playing against Michigan City and Chesterton. I surely doubt those at bats were the majority of these players couldn’t hit in the big game too. All I heard from the stadium seating by home plate was some jackass yelling the coaches needed to be fired. Sounds like some of these future D1 players from LC are in for a rude awakening…I hear the college transfer portal becoming there best friend already
