It will be very difficult to be successful there regardless.
1- Conference is very difficult
2- Hard to recruit there considering the location of the campus. This is why previous coaches had to go to the west coast to get players. I wouldn't want my kid living there.
3- Facilities are sub par. (DePaul has the same problem)

I do not know her personally but I do know players that played for her and she wasn't well liked. Now take that with a grain of salt as no coach is going to be liked by everyone.
