Partly because of super cheap cost of entry to join and be a part of the org.

Partly because the majority of teams play in the regional A/B circles, so opportunities for a lot of teams

Partly because Mark and Penny do a really good job of uniforms and stuff, make it easy for coaches, and also have a very hands off approach to the coaches that come on board

Partly because they have had a couple teams that have done very well on the national level, and given the org a boost in their image amongst tourney directors and coaches.

Partly because a lot of those new teams have in their head that by just having the name, they are going to get into bigger tourneys and on better fields....which isn't happening.
