My daughter played for a couple daddy ball coaches and she played all the time and is currently playing for a P4 college. We stayed with the one team for awhile as we liked the coach but he did heavily favor his daughter who was horrible. The worst coach she had was actually a paid coach with no kids on the team but he let his assistant coaches who were parents run the show. The brown nosing was nauseating.
