Sox are a good Regional org but not on a national stage. This is the type of org 95% of girls should be striving to playing for. They do get young ladies in the local D2,D3,NAIA colleges with an occasional mid major. Rick knows the orgs bread and butter is this and plays local tournaments. Why travel to Colorado and play on fields 15 miles from the main fields? Other organizations should follow his example. But the region has nothing for the top 5% which is a shame.
