Are you referencing getting players recruited to college?

It would seem that with the first part it’s more of a long game.
The goal being to establish the organization in the area first by drawing quality coaches to the fold who can spot talent, convince that talent to join their team and coach the talent thus making the name respected in the region.

The first part will most certainly help with the second part of recruiting the players to college.
