I think you have to look at movement as a potentially good thing. When you say quit, I assume you mean left the program, potentially to play elsewhere. Typically, you don't have that much movement unless the players are relevant. Moving players, in a positive view, were either underrecruited or they were developed while at their original school; neither is a bad thing.

On the other hand, you may be using this as a setup post to criticize the existing coaches.
