If you look at other schools, there will most likely be low numbers for seniors. A lot of players do choose their academic schedule over playing. By the time they are seniors they either have clinicals and other stuff going on that make it very difficult to continue playing. More than likely there are other factors involved as to why they leave that are just not glamorous to talk about, so you don’t hear about it. As a whole, the turnover rate is high by the time players become seniors.
