Of those four, Chill and Bandits get the nod as superior organizations due to their prolonged success. IMG and IP are relative up-and-comers. That being said, looking out ten years, I'd be most bullish on IP as an organization.
Citing a single player - even the winning WCWS pitcher - as rationale for organizational ranking is a bit ridiculous. If a former IP player is now pumping gas in Ottumwa, is IP now a horrible program? LOL
Yes, Sparks and NLL are being propped up by The Almighty... they are no longer an IDT/Easton level program.
