Who really helps the girls talk with college coaches? What to say? How to say? And when to say? Who are the mentors? Who actually takes the time to break down the step by step process? Who helps guide the girls through different scenarios that one may come across? Those are who I want to know. Cuz I know some literally do nothing and some just hand the colleges to you and say “figure it out.”
I mean if these coaches say they are her to help your DD get recruited, why does it seem like I always hear, well the girl didn’t put the effort in, or she didn’t do this or she didn’t do that??? Maybe she didn’t know, maybe she was afraid to ask or maybe she thought she was doing everything right and wasn’t?
Make it like a class or something for the athletes. They need help and isn’t that what you are there for?
