I cant believe that our head coach/president chooses to coach 1st base. I have my thoughts on why he chooses 1st over 3rd.
The blame game? He chooses not to coach 3rd so he can be that Tuesday morning QB,or maybe his softball IQ is average at best. I have confronted him and he has no answer. It seems like he thinks he is the boss and is evaluating the 3rd base coach but I dont agree with this, there are comments to parent from him about how our 3rd base coach is handling the situation. I feel he should step up to the plate and show use what he brings. I hope someone else has some input on this situation.
