Doing everything over the course of 3-4 day tournament can get a little overwhelming at times, especially if you are playing 3-4 games in a row on a Sunday.

Before the game you go from making lineups, warming the team up before the game starts. On defense you are calling pitches, positioning players on defense when the scenario calls for it, etc. When your team is hitting you calling your signs from third base. The entire time you are still coaching the girls on what they did well at and what they still need to learn from.

Personally, I would not recommend that one coach does all the things mentioned above. It is very helpful to have another competent coach to take over some of those duties.
