The one thing each head coach needs to do, is properly evaluate and delegate. He needs to decide where his talents help the team most. Then find others who are excellent at the other parts of coaching.

Honestly, as a parent, nobody cares about your opinion, unless they ask you.

What I have a problem with is head coaches who are getting outcoached on the regular basis, and their ego keeps them at 3B coaching.
