Some of these kids are playing for money. I am not saying that it is a super high percentage of kids that are getting NIL money in softball but there is money to be made if you are in that top tier.

I am guessing almost every kid on the roster at a school like Oklahoma, Texas, Texas Tech is getting some kind of NIL money.

In reality there are less than 20 schools that have any type of shot at winning the WCWS.
