1. I believe they are reasonably happy with their investment. The highest payrolls don’t always win in any sport, but Matador put TTU on the map as a viable sustainable Top 25 team (important since they are non-SEC).

2. Glasco is safe, though I don’t expect that he’s around too much longer. He did most of what he was brought there to do, but he ain’t a spring chicken.

I try not to let one kid’s behavior let me conclude about a whole team, and I’m still not sure that Weekly didn’t say something to her after the line pass.

The only problem with the modern era is the hypocrisy of universities. If you don’t wanna pay players, divest yourself of ownership of these assets (create a perpetual and exclusive licensing agreement), and you can go back to the la la land of moral superiority.

The schools are a swamp, so let them squirm.
