I'll assume your response is that you don't want to hazard a guess because YOU don't feel qualified because you feel that WE would all have to pass a college textbook level course on quantum physics before hazarding a guess. Articles by anyone of any background at any depth, including Matzke, including any youtubes by anyone no matter who they are, do not qualify ANY of us to say ANYTHING about quantum physics at all. Only a standard university level college course will qualify us to even THINK or DARE speculate on things smaller than 10*-9 let alone hazard a wild guess-- even though we know the quantum realm exists-- whether there is any effect on the human mind.
