Shadow was doing a patrol when he caught the scent of a pup, and he was so focused on following her that he didn't realize he was in Hawthorne territory until it was to late. "oh damn." he muttered as he looked around realizing. he didn't want to turn around, because there was a pup out there who was scared and lost, she could be hurt.

he heard the sound of a wolf and he tensed, before catching the scent of hawthorns alpha, lucaya, he didn't want to seem like he was a threat but he knew it wouldn't help. he was freaking him self out as the scent became stronger, and he didn't know if he should just run or continue on.

he decided that he would wait until the alpha got there to explained him self. he saw the alpha come out of the shadow and he visibly tensed knowing he would be seen as a threat to her pack *damn it* he thought *she is not happy* he was never was good at talking to any wolf, not before or now, but he had to try if he wanted to stay alive. he took a few steps back but no more then 3 steps. he waited for the the alpha to say something.
