Shadow watched the queen with a calm and collected gaze. he bowed his head again and spoke. "Of course your majesty, i will be careful to steer clear of your pack mates as i would not like to be the cause of a disagreement or tension between our packs. " he shuffled his feet slightly as he stood up again. "I will just grab the pup and bring her home and you won't see anything else from me." he promised. "I should get going before it gets dark out, and before my pack misses me." he said respectfully. "good day your majesty" he said before he walked past her as he continued on following the scent of the pup.

Shadow froze as he heard a pup cry and he followed the sound until he found a shaking ball of orange fur and he approached the pup slowly, as he dint want to scare her. shadow could tell that the pup was terrified and he did want to make it worse. he wined softly to the pup letting her know he wouldn't hurt her. "hey little one." he said softly as the pup nuzzled into his lag and he smiled softly before he picked her up gently, aware of the cuts on her form, and carried her back into dawnshire territory.
