Rhea spent the next few days doing her normal. Collecting herbs to dry out for healing medicine, but also just wandering around the pack, trying to meet others. Well…the pack seemed as inactive as ever, but there was a new strength to the wolf odor, so clearly Nightingale was back in action. The white lass just had not been lucky in the sense of running into other members. In particular, the Rhea was insistent on finding Rachel, whom Irina said was the current theta of the pack. Rhea was not the jealous type, but she did feel a pang of betrayal. It was nothing against Irina of course, as Rhea had hidden herself within Nightingale and did not show up to Irina’s first call. But Rhea certainly knew what she was doing with medicine, it was the only memories she had retained from her old home…aside from the occasional blips of her mother. The zeta of the pack’s ears perked at Irina’s call. Orienting to the call, Rhea quickly picked up speed, starting at a walk and eventually reaching a fast jog. She came to a stop upon reaching the clearing she was so used to and missed dearly. Rhea liked the feeling of unity – after all, she was alone for a long while. Her brown eyes flecked with greens and golds scanned over who was there so far – Irina, her children, a few females and a male she did not know. The male looked cloudy in color, but it seemed like there was more to his pelt. Rhea dismissed the thought, directing her attention to Irina. ”Good morning Irina.” Rhea said with a soft smile on her face. Her attention then moved to the children around the alphess. Instinctively, Rhea dipped her head to address them closer to their level. ”Marigold, Rambaldi, hello!” Her tone of voice was different from that she addressed Irina with, rather, much more inviting. If Rhea were to be stuck as the zeta, she’d have to play the role well. Actions & Words.
