if you are homeless, getting a job is very difficult. You don't have an address. You may not have interview clothing etc. So IMO homelessness and joblessness are connected. Having kids before marriage simply happens. Yes, it's mostly preventable but as access to preventative measures lessens that potential increases. As for school we need more trade options. Not all people are made out for colleges. They do better with hands on.
