A friend has a hybrid hydrogen auto. Japanese. I forget the brand. Maybe Toyota. A beautiful design. Quiet. Great acceleration. No heavy battery. The problem is he has to drive from Petaluma into San Francisco to ‘tank up’. Only one around. I am not up on hydrogen technology. He says these are all over Japan. That the Japanese have perfected the technology. I’m guessing in a simplistic manner that water won’t bring in the profits. Mining/mineral corporations want their monopoly.
