THE TRUTH OR A FACSIMILE THEREOF
Leon Skum the notorious proponent of apartheid felt no qualms about the fare of the 3000 illegal emerald miners trapped in South Africa, indeed he loved the irony of it since he had a similar fate planned for 'the blax' he would soon be able to treat in a similar way under the purview of a new DODGY department under his friend Donnie, the newly elected dictator.

Better yet, the latters obvious mental decline, laziness and incompetence virtually ensured that the reins of absolute power would soon be in Leon's hands as he manipulated Donnies feeble minded supporters to arrange matters to almost guarantee a civil war that would ensure the brown skinned would rise up against the white minority who were outnumbered and complacent.

Naturally the few oligarchs who were the power behind the throne had arranged matters such that their victory would be inevitable when a few accidents levelled the odds and though Leon favoured an atomic bomb some of his colleagues were in favour of a genetic bio weapon, such as a newly made virulent strain of covid for which a vaccination had been prepared.

New York, California, Washington were the proposed targets possibly using both weapons launched from Leons network of small satellites as he owned hundred of the small communication sats in low altitude orbits encircling the globe. The military would soon fall into line despite their constitutional bias against fighting civilians.

These low yield satellite bombs were manufactured from Russian weapons which would be obvious from their radioactive signature. There would hence be no signs of launches from Earth, no signs of bombers or submarines to alert the Russians.

Neither the newly elected President nor the military had the faintest inkling of Leon's plans for he owned his own space launching facilities. The only fly in the ointment would have been the so called fourth estate but the oligarchs had suppressed the media during the election run up period and the so called social media of the internet which the Russians had been permitted to infiltrate providing numerous propaganda outlets pandering to disinformation for the bigoted, racist, misogynist, ill educated members of the electorate mainly in those states that had been part of the confederacy that caused the first civil war.

Various evangelistic so called Christian churches had been the original seed from which the disgruntled neo confederacy had arisen, stoked by the preachers that threatened hellfire to all who gave their support to abortion, homosexuality equal rites for women and endless other petty grievances suppressed by democratic attempts to change the laws that had tried to replace ignorance and superstition with no tolerance for either.

Having learned from the lessons of history, a few shrewd schemers had realized what a fertile field for propoganda the radio network had become. Their target audience being the poor and disgruntled that relied on AM-FM for their daily entertainment and the FCC safeguards which had been dismantled by the Republicans under the Reagan adminstration were no longer any barrier to 'free' speech, advertising had been given carte blanche to lie.

In fact that same party had been insidiously organizing many of the checks and balances such as allowing corporations to be treated like individuals, which various processes had been steadily eroded over several decades.
