Yes I'm on the same page with that one. especially when the food creators bull shine us with "Well we reduced the crisps in the bag and replaced it with more nitrogen for healthier eating", rinse and repeat for chocolate products and in general all the things that make for a palatable existence.

I'm fond of a particular small orange as found at the local Aldi, was dispensed eight to the bag. Now seven but same price. Bars of chocolate and things such as Quality Street and Roses ( tubs of assorted chocolate and toffees branded with the aforementioned names) all slowly getting smaller and no the old "Well your hands are bigger now you've all grown up so the bars look smaller" doesn't wash.

Not that I can indulge in choccy treats anyway these days but the point still stands.


As for corned beef hash, you've now got me salivating as that has been a much fond staple for all of my adult life so off to Aldi I shall pop! (Laughs)
