How we got here is a matter needing reflection by the citizenry. If this is to be a government of the people by the people, then the people bear responsibility for creating something that by its own words thinks it is acceptable to erase another people. We are beyond a diplomatic end or a military end, by allowing a leader to say this, we the people are saying it; "the destruction of a civilisation never to rise again".
It ain't just him that bears responsibility.
